Delving into your past lives can help set you on your spiritual path in this one.

This day is about exploring your past life in a safe space with like-minded people.

You will be supporting each other on the journey.
You will be learning via meditation and a set of structured activities throughout the day.

This is not carried out by hypnosis. If you feel that you need more in-depth support please seek a qualified

    In the morning practical exercises and meditations will be used to bring in the universal energies to visualise and create your goals and dreams.

    In the afternoon you will design your own vision board and create your desires and wishes .The vision board can be focused on to enhance your manifestation over the coming weeks and months.  Please bring any magazines or images with you , to create the vision board life you wish and deserve. The  vision board and stationary will be available for your use. The vision board will be yours to take home after the workshop.
